ORDER TRACKING

Please allow at least 4 business days to pass before tracking your order. This is to allow the team to process and dispatch your order and it to be delivered. If you attempt to track an order before 4 business days has elapsed you will not receive a reply.

If you have not received your pro-prop after this time then please email us from the same email address that you used to place the order. (If you use a different email address we will be unable to discuss the order with you)

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. That's why we offer a 14-day return period, in line with UK distance selling rules. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs under all circumstances.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damages - We are confident that your product will arrive in perfect condition. We have gone the extra mile to ensure your pro-prop is packed with pride and exceptionally well protected for shipping. We also QC every part and photograph it before shipping to ensure your item is perfect. However, occationally accidents can happen and we are here to support you. 

Any damages must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of delivery and include clear pictures of the damage to the item and the packaging.
